High Protein spinach Pie

Ingredients
Canned tuna1 C cottage cheese (1% milkfat)2 eggs, raw16 oz frozen spinach thawedparmesean cheese 3 T1/4 C white flourbaking soda dissolved in 1/4C waterslices of mozzerella for top of crust
Directions
mix all ingredients and pour into a greased floured pie pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and eggs are set.
