Bobby's home made beef stew

Ingredients
beef round, 2 lbs. cut up in small pieces1 cup of raw carrots2 stalks celery chopped2 cloves garlic1 onion, medium1 leek sliced thin rings2 medium potatoes2 14oz. cans Organic diced tomatoes 1 tsp. Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb season or to taste
Directions
Spray cast iron pot with PAM vegetable spray. Brown beef, onions, celery, garlic. Add rest of vegetables and 3 cans of water with seasonings. (Use of Organic diced tomatoes eliminates sugar added to most other products.)

Serving Size: about 1 and 1/4 cups with juice
