Ingredients
Purdue Ground Turkey 93% Lean, 1.33 lbOnion, Dried Chopped, 1/3 cupGreen Pepper - Raw, chopped, 1/3 cupGarlic powder, 2/3 tspYellow Mustard, 1-1/3 tspKetchup, Heinz Tomato, 1 cupBrown sugar (light), 4 tspBlack Pepper (Ground), 1/4 tspSalt, 1/4 tsp
Directions
- Brown ground turkey, onion and green pepper in medium pan over medium heat. About 10 minutes.

- Drain any remaining liquid.

- Stir in garlic powder, mustard, ketchup and brown sugar.

- Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

- Season with salt and pepper as desired.

- Put in a wrap or sandwich.
