Peanut butter chocolate chip granola

2c rolled oats1/2c sunflower seeds1/2c choc chips1/4c canola oil1/4c peanut butter1/4c honey1tsp ground cinnamon1tsp vanilla extract
Combine oats and sunflower seers in a bowl and set aside. Mash banana in a separate bowl until creamy and also set aside. It med sauce pan, add oil, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and heat on med-high heat stirring often to prevent from burning. Heat until moisture is melted and beginning to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in mashed banana and vanilla extract. Pour over oats and seeds stirring until well coated. Spread on jelly roll pan lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake in oven preheated to 275* for 60 min, stirring every 15 min to prevent one side from burning. Remove from oven and let cool completely before adding chocolate chips.
