Spicy Wasabi Guacamole

1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon wasabi powder2 avocados, pits removed2 T lime juice 1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup pickled ginger, drained, and minced 3 scallions, greens and whites choppedshiso leaves (Japanese mint) for garnish (optional)
Combine the yogurt and wasabi powder in a medium bowl.
Mash the avocados in the same bowl with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or cover the surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Garnish before serving.
