Ingredients
Tomatoes - Depending on the season I will use fresh whole tomatoes that I chunk or halved grape tomatoes.Chopped GarlicChopped Green Bell PepperOlive OilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Dice tomatoes, pepper and garlic. Mix together with oil, salt & pepper.

Best if you can let it rest for a few hours/overnight to incorporate all the flavors.
