1 2lb bag of baby yellow potatoes6 carrots sliced6 Cups Vegetable Broth1 tin of smoked whole mussels1 package imitation crab meet1 package scallops1 Yellow Onion4 Cloves Garlic1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder2 Tablespoons dried chives (fresh is better)1 tablespoon olive oil
Slice the carrots, dice the potatoes, and boil in the vegetable broth for 10 minutes. While they boil, fry the scallops in a pan with the olive oil, onion, and garlic - adding the mussels and crab imitation meat after 5 minutes. Fry for another 5 minutes.
After frying, add all the ingredients to the boiling water carrot/potato pot and boil for another 10 minutes.
Serve with beer garlic bread.
