Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 2 head, large (6-7" dia)Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup, 1 serving Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 4 TBSGarlic powder, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 clovesGreen Onion, 0.25 cup *Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey), Coarse Grain (The Grain & Salt Society), 0.25 tsp or to tastePepper, black, .25 tsp or to tasteKraft Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 cup
Directions
Steam Cauliflower heads in steamer for 20 minutes or until about to fall apart. Or you can boil to the same point. Place in a bowl. Add all ingredients but green onion. Mix with hand mixer until blended smooth. Add in green onions and serve.
