Gluten Free Carbonara

Ingredients
8 oz. gluten free spaghetti3 egg yolks1 TBS whole milk1 TBS lard2 cups chopped sweet onion1 tsp. minced garlic8 oz. italian sausage, cooked weight (about 12 oz. raw)1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1) Cook spaghetti according to directions.

2) Mix egg yolks and milk together and set aside.

3) In a saute pan, place lard, italian sausage, onion and garlic, to cook over low heat, till sausage is brown.

4) Drain pasta and place into a large pot or bowl.

5) Add sausage mix and toss once.

6) Add egg/cream mix and cheese, toss again.
