Vegetarian Chicken with Pasta

Ingredients
1 package of Beyond Chicken-Free Strips2 Tbsp butter1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 cloves of garlic crushed then chopped1 cup each of spinach and kale chopped6 oz grape tomatoes, whole or halved 1 Tbsp capers4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded2 Tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped8 oz Barrilla Veggie Spaghetti
Directions
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
Melt the butter in a skillet with the olive oil. Saute the garlic for a few minutes. Add the Chicken-Free strips, spinach, kale, tomato, and capers. Saute another 3 minutes. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Top the drained pasta with the chicken/vegetable mixture.
