Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 whole heads of garlic roasted with 1 Tbsp olive oil 6 tbsp water1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1 Tbsp honey1/2 Tsp sea salt
Directions
cut tops off the garlic heads and drizzle with Olive oil then roast for about an hour @ 350 or until soft and golden brown. Once cool, squeeze the garlic from the papery peels.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process till smooth.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Serving Size: makes approx 1 cup, 8-2Tbsp servings
