Banana no sugar flapjack

Ingredients
180g Oats 80ml Sunflower/Vegtable oil2 medium banana's, mashed60g Raisins40g Cranberries60g Apricots, chopped1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Add all ingredients (except oil) into a bowl and mix
Add the oil last and mix well
Let oil soak the oats for 5min
Cook 175 degrees for 25min
