1 onion, sliced4 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 lb lean pork, sliced in small pieces1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp patis (fish sauce)1 can crushed tomatoes1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas1 jar roated red peppers - slicedSalt to taste1 TBL Honey2 bay leaves
Directions
All goes into crock pot on low for 6 hours
