3 cloves of garlic, minced3 Tablespoons Olive Oil1.5 Tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed3/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper3 medium zucchini cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices
In a sauce pan over medium heat, cook garlic in oil 30 seconds. Stir in rosemary, pepper, and 3/16 teaspoon salt. Drizzle mixture over zucchini; toss to coat. Arrange zucchini in a single layer in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Broil about 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes or till tender, turning once.
