Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
dressing:1/2 cup cider vinegar1 cup granilated sugar1/2 cup water2 eggs1 T. (50grams) cornstarch4 cups cooked macaroni4 hard boiled eggs1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Mix the dressing ingredients together and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and let cool. Then stir in 1 cup mayonnaise.

Mix togerher 4 cups (half pound) of cooked macaroni, 1 cup each chopped onion and cerery. Add 4 chopped hard boiled eggs. Cool and enjoy. Serving size: Makes 12 1- cup servings
