Stuffed cabbage lazy style

Ingredients
1 lb. gr. beef, 85% lean2 cups chopped cabbage raw2 cans diced no salt or sugar added tomatos1/2 cup cooked instant brown rice1 raw egg
Directions
place half chopped cabbage on bottom of baking dish spray with PAM. cover with one can of tomatoes then half of the sauerkraut. Mix meat, egg, and rice, and season with onion powder and garlic powder, and black pepper. Shape into four flat patties square shaped and place over previous ingredients. Layer with sauerkraut , cabbage and tomatos. cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Serving Size: Place in a deep 8 inch square baking pan. serves 4
