Spinach, Bacon and Sharp Cheddar Omelet

Ingredients
5 eggs beaten 1/4 cup Milk1/4 cup spinach2 oz sharp cheddar cheese3 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped into chunks
Directions
Mix the milk and egg together in a bowl. In a skillet add your bacon and spinach, then pour egg mixture on top cook until the egg is cooked where there is only a little liquid remaining. Add cheese. Then gently fold in half and serve in two portions.
