Ingredients
1 large Red Onion (chopped chunky)2 tbsp Coconut Oil1 tbsp Tamari Sauce2 cups of fresh Broccoli florets5 cups of Water1 cup of Whipping cream (38% fat)1 heaping tbsp Chicken Soup Powder
Directions
Start with a saute of the red onions in Coconut oil. Then add the water and Broccoli and cook for 10-12 minutes. Puree the soup a lot) with a hand wand immersion blender. Add the whipping cream at the end and only on low heat. Serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Cups of Yummy Soup.
