Stuffed Shrimp

6 jumbo shrimp (about hand sized) or 1 lb baby shrimp, cooked shelled and deveined1 package of stovetop chicken stuffing6 Tbl Butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Cook stuffing according to package instructions.
If using jumbo shrimp, cut a slit in the middle, but not all the way to the bottom, on the curved side of the shrimp. Stuff the stuffing into the slit. If using baby shrimp, simply mix the shrimp with the stuffing.
Place the shrimp, stuffing side up in the pan, or the shrimp mixture. Top each jumbo shrimp with a pat of butter or the shrimp mixture with several pats of butter.
Bake for 1 hour and serve hot.
