Gluten free Quick Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
2 cups diced zucchini1/2 cup gluten free pasta1/8 tsp black pepper2 cloves garlic, minced2 cans chicken broth1 can fire- roasted tomatoes or italian style stewed tomatoes1 can kidney beans1 - 10 oz pkg frozen peas & carrotsparmesan cheese, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in pan, bring to a boil, let simmer 10 min, sprinkle desired parmesan on top.
