Mango PIe, low sugar

Ingredients
2 medium size mangoes2 tbspSugar free jam1.75c flour.75c margarine.5c cold water (or as needed)1 dash salt2 tsp splenda
Directions
Wash & clean the mangoes cut then im small cubes.
prepare a dough from the flour, margerine, salt & cold water. It should be smooth, so that you can role it out nicely.
Grease your baking dish (25cm round), then role out half the dough, cut it to shape & loine the baking dish with it, including the sides.
spread the jam on the dough at the bottom, then pour mango on top & sprinkle with splenda.
roel out the rest of teh dough, cut to shape & put on top of the pie, pinch the edges of the 2 dough layers together & twist a bit all around. Any left over trimmings of dough can be used as decorations on top.
Stick into the oven & bake at 180'Celsius for 30-40 minutes - until golden brown on top
