scallop potatoes

Ingredients
20 oz potatoes2 tsp margerine1 tbs flour1 tsp salt1 dash pepper1 cup milk2 oz cheese
Directions
heat margerine, salt and pepper.add flour then add milk. boil until it thickens. dice potatoes and put in a greased pan. top with sauce. bake covered for 1 hour. add cheese and bake for an addition half an hour... enjoy
