Spicy Pineapple Salsa

1 cup crushed pineapple in its own juice1/2 cup cilantro leaves, lightly packedJuice of 1 lime1 tablespoons rice wine vinegarHot sauce, to taste. (I prefer a teaspoon of sriracha.)

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend.
