Mahi Mahi Taco

Ingredients
1.5 oz Mahi Mahi fillet (just make a 3oz and cut it in half - you'll want leftovers!)1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cumin pinch garlic salt1/4 cup carrots, cut into thin stripsscant 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped 1/4 cup green bell pepper, cut into thin stripsabout 3 tbsp roughly chopped onion.5 Tbsp olive oilwhole wheat tortilla (homemade)1-2 tbsp plain yogurt
Directions
Season the Mahi Mahi with the chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt. Cook according to package directions.
Prepare vegetables while fish is cooking, then right before the fish is done, saute the vegetables in the olive oil until crisp tender and hot.
Spread the yogurt on the tortilla, then top with some shredded fish, and some or all of the vegetables (it makes A LOT).
Yummy!
