Banana Oatmeal Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup (2-3 ripe) mashed bananas 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup peanut butter2 scoops (2/3 c) of vanilla protein powder (I like Muscletech Whey Protein Plus)2 Tbsp chia seeds1/2 cup craisins1/2 cup unsweetened coconut1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped1/4 cup Good Earth tea (or water)1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix to combine
3) Spread batter into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan
4) Sprinkle top with additional coconut, if desired
5) Bake for 25-30 minutes. Bars may look underdone but will continue to set up as they cool.
6) Store extras in the freezer for easy access to a healthy snack.
