Crust:Use recipe of choiceWhite Sauce:1 cup skim milk1/8 cup flour1/4 tsp nutmegsalt and pepperToppings:8 oz. grilled chicken breast- sliced into 1/2 " strips1 and half cups sliced thin mushrooms1/4 cup sliced red onions90 g Lite Mozzarella
Generously spray small saucepan with butter pam. Add flour and stir till lightly browned. Add milk a little at a time and simmer until desired thickness.
Add nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread sauce on crust and add toppings.
Bake in 425 oven for 10-12 min or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 1 14" pizza
