Turkish Red Lentil and Grains Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Lentils, .5 cup Bulgur, dry, .25 cupWhite Rice, long grain, .25 cupOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 2 tsp Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup (1 can)Tomato Paste, 2 TVegetable Broth, 4 cupPaprika, 1 tspPepper, cayenne, 1/4 tsp mint, dried, 1T
Directions
Spray a pan with olive oil and saute the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and saute another 1-2 minutes. Add the broth and other ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally. Enjoy.
