Indian Style Okra

Ingredients
1. Okra, 1 cup slices 2. Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced 3. Cumin seed, 1 tsp 4. Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp 5. Salt, 1 tsp 6. Turmeric, ground, 0.5 tsp 7. Hot Peppers 0.5 tsp 8. Butter 3 tbsp
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook until brown. Stir in the okra, and season with cumin, ginger, turmeric, hot pepper and salt. Cook and stir for a few minutes, then reduce the heat to medium-low & Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until okra is tender.
