Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, pieces or slicesKale, 2 cup, chopped Tofu, extra firm, 1 cup - crumbled (1/2 block)B12 Nutritional Yeast - 2 TBSPBragg Liquid Aminos, 1 TspWater, tap, 1 fl oz
Directions
Water saute onions and peppers until slightly translucent on medium heat (about 3 minutes).Add Mushrooms and saute for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Add crumbled tofu and toss to heat thoroughly.
Combine liquid aminos, water, nutritional yeast and seasonings. Pour over vegetables and tofu. Quickly add chopper kale and cover. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss and serve.
