Comments:
I use this recipe if I'm craving Ice cream because it has less than 95 Calories and is quick and easy to make from ingredients that are always in my house. I've also used this Recipe as a fun cooking session with pre-schoolers they love the process and get to eat ice cream in the end. If you are craving say strawberry ice cream they so make strawberry extract and you can just substitute that for the vanilla extract.

We made this as a spur-of-the-moment-let's-see-if-this-works dessert and it was amazing!! Plus, this allowed us to make different flavor ice cream for each person (added 1/4 tsp instant coffee- mixed well- to make coffee ice cream; added 1/4 tsp chocolate syrup for chocolate ice cream). Thank you!!! - 8/24/10

Mmmm! This just brought back memories of camp in 5th grade! I made this using only reduced fat chocolate milk and it tasted just like a fudge sickle (I wouldn't call it ice cream, though) - no need to add the sugar or vanilla as the favor is all there. Great idea, thanks for the reminder! - 3/16/10
