Ingredients
Spices:SaltPepperTurmericGingerOnion powderCurry PowderGarlicOther:FlourMargarineMilk
Directions
cook mushrooms, 1 tsp of butter, garlic, onion powder, ginger and turmeric together.
In a separate bowl put milk, curry powder, salt, flour and 1tsp of butter together. mix, make sure there are no lumps.
Add to mushrooms and cook until thickened a little.
add veggies and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes enough to cover about 4 cups of veggies
