Spinach, Strawberry and Raspberry Salad

2 Bunches spinach, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces4 Cups sliced strawberries2 pints raspberries1/4 Cup sunflower seeds (optional)1/2 Cup olive oil1/4 Cup white wine vinegar1/2 Cup granulated sugar1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/4 teaspoon paprika2 Tablespoons sesame seeds1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
1. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, raspberries,strawberries and sunflower seeds.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the remaining ingredients.
3. Refrigerate both bowls 1 hour. Before serving, pour dressing over spinach, raspberries, strawberries and sunflower seeds and toss well to coat.
Options: May add: mandarine orange segments, blackberries, blueberries, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, cashews, pinenuts, peanuts. Use your imagination.
