Fava Beans and Greens

Ingredients
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil1 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, chopped1 19oz can fava beans, drained & rinsed1/2 bunch kale, chopped1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp ground sage1/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 cup water
Directions
Saute onion in EVOO over medium heat. Mix in garlic, beans, kale, pepper, sage, cumin and water. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until you like the consistency of the kale.
