Bran Muffins

Ingredients
15 oz. bran flakes5 cups flour2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. salt3 cups sugar1 qt. buttermilk4 eggs, beaten1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions
Mix the following together-
15 oz. bran flakes
5 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Separately mix-
3 cups sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Add both together, blend well. Wait 12 hours before baking. Heather oven to 350 and cook for 20 minutes. Store in refrigerator for 5-6 weeks. Makes 8-9 dozen muffins. So yummy!
