1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp stevia2 tsp sugar1 tbsp maca powder1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg1 1/4 cup almond (or coconut) milk light3 tbsp oil (I combined hazelnut oil and flaxseed)
Mix dry ingredients, mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid mixture to dry and whisk into batter. Pour batter into 8" fly pan to the size you desire. When air holes appear through pancake and underside is golden brown, flip pancake over and cook until underside is light brown.
