Chicken barley casserole for crock-pot

Ingredients
5 frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs (~ 1.5 lbs)1 jar Garlic Salsa1 can no salt added diced tomatos with spices1/2 c. dry pearled barley1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
Put the tomatoes and salsa with any spices desired into a crock pot and add the chicken. Cook until chicken starts to break apart with a fork. Add barley and simmer until barley is cooked and chicken shreds easily. Add beans and stir in.
