Mini Goji Berry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana2 eggs1/8 tsp. baking powder1 T. dried goji berries
Directions
Mash the banana in a small bowl with a fork or potato masher.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and baking powder.
Pour egg mixture over the mashed banana, and add the dried goji berries.
Spray or grease a pan, and preheat pan over medium heat.
Using a tablespoon measurement, pour batter into the preheated pan.
Flip once one side is golden brown.
Serve mini pancakes with pure maple syrup, extra fruit, greek yogurt, or jam!
