2 cups of Boneless Ham , minced2 stalks of celery, diced 1 tbsp of onion2 tbsp of sweet relish, no sugar3 tbsp of Miracle whip light dressing,
In a food processor, grind ham, celery, and onion seperately, then place all in bowl add relish, and dressing and mix together. good with crackers or as a sandwich.

Ham salad spread is my favorite on toast for breakfast but it's hard to find in the stores. I've tried making my own with marginal luck but this recipe was great. I used my mini food processor and did the ham first. I never thought to put the celery and onions in as well but that really worked! - 1/3/16
