Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
24 oz pkg of frozen shredded potatoes2 can cream mushroom soup2 can cheddar cheese soup1 can french fried onions1 can water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except water) in an extra large mixing bowl. Spray 11x13 casserole dish. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Pour water over the top. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.
