Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
Chicken Breast ground, 2.25 lbs (36 ounces)Cilantro, 4 tbsp *Pepper - Anaheim Chile - 2 Peppers *sweet yellow onion, raw 1 small onionSpinach, fresh, .75 cup *Morton Table Salt, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspAll spice 1 tbspPepper, black, 1/2 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Coriander seed, 2 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbspGarlic, 4 clovesGinger, 1 inch piece
Directions
Chicken breast should be ground. Use food processor to make onion, pepper, garlic and ginger into a paste and to finely chop cilantro and spinach. Mix all minced ingredients, divide into 14 balls, then shape into flat ovals. Pan fry or grill.
