Best Vegetarian Breakfast Sandwich, no egg

Ingredients
1 oz gimme lean sausage style2 cups baby spinach arugala blend1 tsp coconut canola oil blendsprinkle of garlic powder and hot paprika1 oz shredded cheese1 orowheat, wheat sandwich thin1 tsp mayo
Directions
Crumble and fry the "sausage" in the oil for a few minutes. Add the greens and let them wilt. Season with the garlic powder and paprika. Spread out the mixture and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Let melt. Add to a sanwich thin dressed with a little mayonnaise.
