Low Carb Sriracha Glazed Chicken

1/4 c. Soy Sauce2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce1/2 Tbsp Sugar1/2 Tbsp Splenda1/2 tsp. ground Ginger (sub. 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh if desired)1 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil4 whole Chicken breasts cut into large chunks
In glass baking dish, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, sugar, splenda, ginger and sesame oil. Add chicken and stir to coat. Marinate 30 min. stirring halfway through. Bake at 375 degrees until done and sauce has thickened, 30-45 min or so. stirring/flipping chicken halfway through. mine took longer as i had smaller dish with less room between chicken pieces.
