Ingredients
4 cups milk1/2 c granulated sugar1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk2 whole cinnamon sticks1-2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for finishpinch ground cloves1 tsp vanilla extract1 c Fine enriched yellow corn meal (Goya)
Directions
1- Heat milk in a small - medium sauce pan, add cinnamon sticks.
2- Once milk is warm add vanilla, granulated sugar and condensed milk tasting along the way for desired sweetness.
3- Slowly whisk in corn meal making sure it doesn't clump, add in ground cinnamon and cloves.
4- Cook until desired thickness. Remove & discard cinnamon sticks.
5- Serve on plate sprinkled with extra ground cinnamon
