Weight Watchers Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lentils, rinsed (about 2 cups)1 cup sliced or shredded carrots2 1/3 cupd chopped onions8 cups of vegetable broth1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Makes 12 sdrvings ~ 3/4 Cup per serving

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir, cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Freezes well
