Inside Out Carrot Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup of whole wheat flour2 scoops of UMP vanilla protein powder2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp baking soda4 egg whites1/4 cup Sugar free Brown sugar and cinnamon syrup1/4 cup water1 small box of raisins1/2 cup grated carrots8 oz of carrot baby food3 Laughing Cow Cinnamon cream cheese wedge
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix together.
Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each muffin pan. Cut each cream cheese wedge in half. Place one in each muffin pan. Cover with 1/8 cup of batter.
Pour into prepared large muffin pan
Bake approximately 25 minutes.
