Almost No Fat Mac & Cheese

Barilla Plus Elbows, 16 oz boxLifetime Fat Free Sharp Cheddar, 8 ozVelveeta with 2% Milk, 2 boxes, 16 oz eachEgg Whites, 2 oz or 2 large freshMinced Garlic, 2 TablespoonsEvaporated Fat-free Milk, 2 cans, 12 oz eachSeasoning Salt or other all purpose seasoning and black pepper
Grate the cheddar and set aside approximately 1/3 for topping.
Grate Velveeta.
Boil Pasta and drain.
In a saucepan, heat the cheeses and milk until melted. Allow to cool.
Add pasta to your baking pan, add cooled milk mixture, garlic and egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with clean hands.
Add reserved cheese to top.
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
