Buffalo Chicken Cups

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)1/4 cup bleu cheese dressing1/4 cup ranch dressing1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese4 oz cream cheese1/4 cup bleu cheese crumble36 wonton wrappers1/8 cup franks hot sauce
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together chicken, both dressings, shredded cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese in a stand mixer until well mixed. Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray, place one wonton wrapper in each muffin well. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in each well on top of the wrapper. Place another wrapper on top of each well and push down. Add another spoonful of chicken mixture and then a few crumbles of bleu cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until tips of wrappers are golden brown.
