Ingredients
1 TBSP. Psyllium Husks (not powder)1.2 TBSP, coconut flour1 TBSP Almond Flour (or oat fiber)1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/8 tsp sea salt.1/2 cup egg whitesadd spices like garlic or onion powder if you desire
Directions
Spray saute skillet...heat medium high, Pour in half the recipe...keep flipping back and forth until dry and brown. Set aside for other one.
