Crab Cakes (Using imitation crab)

Ingredients
4.5 cups imitation crab.5 cup chopped green onions2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp parsley1/4 tsp worcestershire1/2 cup egg substitute3 TBS kraft light mayo1/2 tsp pepper1 TBS old bay seasoning1/4 cup chopped celery
Directions
Mix ingredients together and use 1/2 cup mixture to make 10 cakes. Fry in pan sprayed with canola oil spray on low-med heat, approx 5 minutes on each side. They will be flaky and will tend to fall apart.

    Very good. Used Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Served with a spicy mustard sauce and cous cous. Hubby lived it also. Will definitely make again. - 6/18/10
