Pumpkin Muffins- 2 ingredients!

Ingredients
1 Yellow Cake Mix (Gluten Free Cake Mix works fine)1 15 oz Can Pumpkin 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions
Put cake mix into a large bowl.
Add the can of pumpkin to the mix.
Combine ingredients thoroughly
Add Spice.

If you opt to add walnuts, raisins or other combination of spices, do so now.
Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin tins.
If not using liners, be sure to spray the pan with a non-stick spray first.

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out cleanly.
Can be eaten while warm.
Muffins freeze well.
